Please see below some frequently asked questions around the virtual event platform


Login details and the access link to the virtual conference platform will be sent to the email address provided during registration Wednesday 4th November 2020. Should you have any trouble locating the link or your login details, please email us on danielle@cornerstoneevents.com.au.
For best results we recommend connecting with a Laptop or PC (ideally not an iPad, tablet or Mac) Ensure your connection is minimum 5Mbps for both upload and download. You can check your internet speed at speedtest.net). Wired connection will provide you with a more consistent connection. To get the most out of the networking sessions, meeting hub and exhibitor meetings, wired headsets with microphone are best but not essential. Wireless headphones work but often let in more background noise and uses more resources of your computer to connect. Try to also avoid using Bluetooth headphones such as Apple AirPods. Webcam (if you wish to participate in the Networking functions, Meeting Hub and Virtual Exhibition). If viewing on a laptop, your inbuilt webcam will suffice. Optimum browsers to use are Google Chrome or Microsoft Chromium. Safari is not compatible.
We have a diverse program with speakers in both risk and cyber streams every day. The previous days sessions will be available throughout the week for you to view at leisure. Please refer to the timeline for the full agenda listing. Risk sessions are in green and Cyber are in blue. Please note these sessions are pre-recorded and will be available to view in the platform for 3 months up until 14th February 2021.
Join us Monday – Friday on the mainstage with some fantastic live presentations and panel discussions. These sessions will be in light blue in the timeline. Please note that some of our main stage presenters will only be available during their live timeslot and not able to be watched later. We will update this field once all consent provided.
Our virtual exhibition zone will be open from 10.00am – 4.00pm each day of the event. To visit our exhibitors, please click on the visit button next to the virtual exhibition on the righthand side of the screen. Here you will be able to click to visit exhibitors and meet with vendors one-on-one, or drop by and look at videos, brochures at your leisure Some are doing great giveaways, so don’t miss out on the opportunity to chat with them.
Each lunchtime and at close of day, join a networking session to meet with other attendees. These sessions last for 9 minutes at a time, with 5 other attendees and are a fun way of meeting like-minded people to exchange ideas. You will find these sessions listed in the timeline agenda each day.
These on demand videos are contributions of thought leadership from our various gold and silver sponsors. To view these, please visit the Knowledge Hub section on the right hand side and browse what we have for you to view at your leisure.
If you are having any technical difficulties or need other assistance during the conference sessions, please either look at the FAQ section (click on the ? button) or click on the Live Support button at top right hand side of your screen which will be active from 9.30am each day.
Connect at any time with any attendees or vendors. Please visit the Meeting Hub and request a connection. Once connected you can exchange details via text or arrange a one-on-meeting. Meeting Hub can also be used to send questions to the speakers who have presented in concurrent streams.
Any notes you take during sessions can be exported at the end of the conference and emailed to your registered email address. Additionally, any contacts you make in meeting hub will be emailed to you at your request.
We encourage you to contact speakers via the meeting hub feature on the platform – you can send text questions that the speaker can view and respond to wherever possible.
All of the presentations within the Risk & Cyber streams will be available for the 3 months along with all of our Wellness sessions. There are a few of our mainstage presenters who have limited or no consent and they are: 1. The Resilience Project (Thursday) will be available live only. 2. Aaron Williams (Tuesday) will be available until 1st December. 3. Richard Harris (Monday) will be available until 9th December.
