Josh Annesley

Josh has been working as a trainer and a coach for over 20 years. He started training people in parks, garages and local gyms to now owning and operating 2 gyms of his own. “All my life I have only ever wanted to play Rugby League, Box or become a personal trainer, I even designed a gym in year 9 design and technology class!! I have been lucky enough to experience all three initially chasing my sporting dreams to now working full time as a coach and business owner and can truly say I am living the dream”

Jess Morrison

Jess is a Pilates Instructor with 12 years experience teaching a vast array of clients. She has previously been an elite athlete and an Australian representative in rowing.She is thoughtful, knowledgeable and detailed in her approach and loves seeing the tangible results that her classes bring to her clients. Dean Noonan

Dean brings a wealth of experience in the complexity of performance and wellbeing having served in the NSW Police and as the Wellbeing Manager for the Newcastle Knights organisation in the National Rugby League. Dean has recognised the intrinsic link between accurate wellbeing and the performance related benefits, the Check5 program can introduce this model to your business platform.

Sue McDonnell

Sue McDonnell is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Facilitator and Energetic Alignment Enabler based in Sydney. She holds a degree in Sociology from Trinity College, Dublin and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from University College Dublin. She is also a qualified Psychotherapist.
